WHAT SPORT DO YOU PRACTICE?

I am a runner and a fitness athlete. Work out and powerlifting are part of my weekly routine. I set myself various goals as a runner. I also practise yoga and functional training. I enjoy all of this in order to maintain my health at its peak!

STATE YOUR BEST PERFORMANCE/RESULT?

Half marathon completed in 1h46. 10 km running in 46 minutes. 15 km running in 77 minutes.
